C2S has developed an application integrating annuity system, sales applications and sales KPIs to give a view of all the contracts due for renewed. Built an interface for the field sales team to share their challenges in the field so that sales excellence team can analyze and see if the challenges can be consider for an exception and accordingly revive the sales target. System generates KPIs for the sales leadership team and field sales team. Solution is built on Microsoft Azure platform, Active directory and Power BI dashboards.
